Hahn, Passell advise do no harm in economic policy vignette
Senior Policy Scholar Robert Hahn and Peter Passell’s latest economic policy vignette, “Internet Policy, First Do No Harm,” looks at two current debates in Internet policy circles namely 1) regulation of the firms with large influence in the market and 2) attempts to bridge the digital divide. The authors examine at these debates through the lens of the writing of scholar Susan Crawford and the research of the Pew Internet and American Life project.
