Andrea Salvatore
Andrea joined the Georgetown Center in August of 2008. She has an M.A. from Georgetown University's Communication, Culture and Technology program where she received distinction for her thesis, "Entertaining the Global Consumer: the Role of Festivals in West African Film and Music."
A native of the DC metro area, Andrea attended Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School. In 2000, she graduated from Connecticut College with a BA in government and dance. Before returning to Washington, Andrea lived in New York City and worked at various arts institutions including The Joyce Theater, The Brooklyn Academy of Music and The Brooklyn Museum.
