Scott Wallsten participates in International Telecom Conferences

On September 8, 2008 Senior Policy Fellow Scott Wallsten participated in "Telecommunications Infrastructure and Economic Performance" at the Ministerio de l'Education Nationale, de la Recherche et de la Technologie. Scott presented a talk titled "Understanding International Broadband Comparisons."

On October 27-28, 2008, Dr. Wallsten participated in an International Workshop on Network Neutrality in Cartagena, Columbia. The conference was titled "Taller Internacional Sobre Regulacion y Neutralidad de la Red."
And to complete his travels this fall, Dr. Wallsten participated in a conference in Ottawa "Net Minder: A Net Neutrality Backgrounder" on November 20, 2008. The conference was hosted by the Public Policy Forum.
