Bob Hahn and Scott Wallsten publish paper on national broadband plan

Senior Policy Fellows Robert Hahn and Scott Wallsten have published "An Economic Perspective on a U.S. National Broadband Plan." The paper, available at the Social Science Research Network, examines how the governement should go about framing a broadband policy in an industry that is working relatively well. The authors have nine recommendations, ranging from general to specific suggestions on tailoring policy.
