John Mayo speaks to Free State Foundation about universal broadband service

Georgetown Center Executive Director John Mayo spoke at a Free State Foundation event celebrating the release of its new book "New Direction in Communications Policy. Dr. Mayo's talk was titled "Universal Service: Can We Do More With Less?".
Other speakers included Meredith Attwell Baker, Commissioner, Federal Communications Commission, and Blair Levin, Executive Director of the FCC's Omnibus Broadband Initiative, Professors James Speta and Christopher Yoo, all nationally known experts in telecommunications law and policy.
