Kelly Castellon

Kelly is the digital media coordinator with the Georgetown Center, focusing her efforts on maintaining the website, editing publications, social media outreach, and assisting the associate director in other communications and public relations efforts. Kelly was the associate director for the Georgetown Center from August 2004 until September 2008.  Kelly began working for the McDonough School of Business in 2003 when she moved to Washington, DC.

Before moving to Washington, Kelly worked in a number of different fields. She has been a social worker in inner-city Philadelphia, a coffee shop manager in New Zealand, and the recipient of a research grant in anthropology. She graduated cum laude from Kenyon College with a BA in English and anthropology in 2000. Since coming to Georgetown she has completed an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management through Georgetown’s Public Policy Institute as well as a year of Law School at Georgetown’s Law Center.

Kelly is married to Brian Kroneman, a graduate of the MBA program at the McDonough School.  Kelly and Brian live in San Jose, CA with their two kids.
