Tinsley responds to gender sensitivity training in Austin

After a hailstorm of criticism over a training done in Austin, Texas in response to the shift in the demographics of the city council from majority male to female, Catherine Tinsley and co-authors Emily Amanatullah and Taeya Howell have written a response. Appearing in TribTalk , “The trick to battling gender stereotypes ” argues “workplaces must emphasize people’s unique strengths, regardless of gender.”
