Executive Director John W. Mayo and Senior Policy Fellow Mark Whitener have released an Economic Policy Vignette: “Understanding ‘Climate Change’ in U.S. Antitrust.”

This EPV discusses the motivation for calls for antitrust reform, such as the recent Presidential Executive Order on Promoting Competition in the American Economy, and the current status of antitrust enforcement.
