Senior Policy Scholar Robert Shapiro analyzes the costs involved in financing Senator Bernie Sanders’ “Medicare for All” program, which was endorsed by Elizabeth Warren, as well as a more modest version which limits governmental benefits to those currently provided by private insurance policies.
