Sharon Huang (SFS’26) is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business and Global Affairs, with a minor in Statistics. She brings a diverse background in social science research, nonprofit initiatives, and business development. Sharon is passionate about bridging the gap between humanitarian aid and sustainable development, leveraging cross-sectoral collaboration and technology to address complex global challenges.

Her current focus is on exploring how employment programs in established migrant communities may lead to different outcomes compared to those in non-migrant communities. Sharon plans to examine the impacts of cultural, social, and economic factors, as well as the strength of community networks, to provide valuable insights into refugee integration efforts and policy development.
