About
Caroline is a recent graduate from the University of Hong Kong. There, she explored the intersection of law, technology, and public policy through the lens of human rights. Her academic journey started at Brown University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and contributed to both the varsity gymnastics team and the Women’s Launch Pad.
Caroline’s professional experience includes serving as a Litigation Paralegal at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where she supported the Chief of Homicide in the city’s most sensitive and high-profile trials. She has also contributed to the startup ecosystem through her work with Aboveboard, where she focused on expanding career opportunities for underrepresented executives.
At the Center for Business and Public Policy, Caroline applies her diverse experiences to drive meaningful policy discussions and foster practical engagement in an academically rigorous environment. Her goal is to enhance understanding of how public policy can shape technology, infrastructure, and the business landscape. By building connections between students, academics, and industry leaders, she supports the Center’s mission to apply cross-disciplinary thinking to advance competition, regulation, and innovation across various sectors.
